How account, form and usage information is handled.
Information collected
Waitlist and account forms collect an email address. Contribution forms collect the commercial property and transaction details entered, the submitter’s email, claimed price basis and required attestations. Correction and contact forms collect the message and any email address provided. Signed-in search and report tools record the filters, result count, requested actions and account status needed to operate those tools.
How information is used
Information is used to manage access, respond to messages, review contributed records, process corrections, preserve requested searches and reports, and protect the service. Contribution details remain private while unverified. Submitter emails are not displayed on public pages. A contribution is not published automatically; any later public record must independently meet source, provenance and eligibility requirements.
Sources and service providers
CompsIQ uses public county records and reviewed member submissions. The hosting and database providers process information to deliver the app and store its records. Information may also be disclosed when required to address security issues or comply with law. CompsIQ does not sell leads or advertise properties.
Cookies and operational data
Sign-in uses a session cookie. Basic operational events may be processed to keep the service reliable and diagnose failures. Do not submit sensitive personal information in contribution, correction or contact forms.
Retention and choices
Information is kept as needed to operate the service, respond to submissions, maintain account records and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or removal through the contact form. Some records may need to remain for security, accounting or legal reasons.
